Biography:
Brock Rumlow, known as Crossbones, is a formidable mercenary and enforcer within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He first appeared in Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) as a STRIKE operative loyal to HYDRA, working undercover within S.H.I.E.L.D.
Initially serving under Commander Pierce, Rumlow participates in the ambush on Nick Fury and is later involved in the Battle of the Triskelion. Though seemingly injured, he survives and reappears in Captain America: Civil War (2016) leading a group attempting to steal a biological weapon in Lagos.
During this operation, Crossbones confronts Captain America, showcasing his enhanced combat skills and use of specialized weaponry. He attempts to eliminate Captain America using a suicide bomb, but Wanda Maximoff contains the blast, inadvertently causing civilian casualties and triggering the Sokovia Accords. His death has long-reaching consequences.
